It was surely a relaxing stay for a business trip. Everything was good, magnificent location close to historic area, the staff were affable. Location: the hotel was next to one hour by regional bus away, Historic District and the center.

The staff at Comfort Inn were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. Their excellent English made communication a breeze. The modern and clean room was a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring the nearby center. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily access the downtown area by cab while leaving my car in the secure parking provided by the hotel. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide selection of delicious options. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Comfort Inn Queretaro was fantastic! We were upgraded to a suite, which included a heating system, a private safe, and ironing facilities. The location is great, with the downtown area just a short 15-minute walk away. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices. This hotel made for a perfect home base as we explored Queretaro.

The parking lot didn't seem very safe as there was no visible security. the front desk staff was not very helpful when it came to room availability and communication.

Additionally, the staff was amazing and very helpful at calling taxis for me. Breakfast was substantial and delicious, giving me the energy to explore the city. Lastly, the hotel had clean facilities and offered excellent parking and transportation options.
